Located at the southeast corner of 33rd Street and 11th Avenue and standing 1,000 ft tall, 35 Hudson Yards will be the tallest residential building at Hudson Yards. The 1.1-million-square-foot mixed-use tower was designed by David Childs and Skidmore Owings & Merrill and will contain 137 private residences, as well as designated hotel, office and retail space. Construction on 35 Hudson Yards began in 2014 and the building is expected to be completed in 2019.
